Grievance Redressal Cell - Best Engineering College in Hyderabad | Pallavi Engineer College

The Statutory College Grievance Redressal Committee (CGRC) is formed as per Clause 1 of section 23 of the AICTE Act, 1987 (52 of 1987) AICTE. All grievances relating to the Institute shall be addressed by CGRC.

Procedure: The person concerned with any grievance shall fill the Online Grievance Redressal Form. The hardcopy of the same along with all possible facts and documentation may also be submitted to the Principal’s office. The committee will meet regularly as per the exigency in order to address the grievances registered on the portal.

Collect the suggestion letters from the suggestion box and report to the Principal.
